its programs, RMHC supports seriously ill children and their families through some of their toughest times.
McHappy Day is all about creating a fun community day throughout all McDonald’s restaurants across
the country, in order to raise much needed funds for RMHC.
McDonald’s and all 3 legs of the stool are vital in the ongoing success of our well-known charity. While RMHC
is an independent charity, McDonald’s plays a criticalrole by covering all administration and management
costs to ensure every cent donated to RMHC can be spent on each of its programs. Furthermore, McHappy
Day forms part of McDonald’s ongoing commitment to RMHC

McHappy Day raises funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities® Australia to provide much-needed support for seriously ill or injured children and their families.
This year we are aiming to raise $6 million for Ronald McDonald House Charities, which equates to over 37,500 days of supporting families with seriously ill and injured children across Australia. One hundred percent of profits from McHappy Day go directly to the charity.
